Episode summary
1) Jesse investigates the allegatation that some people are being tortured by the government through mind-control signals. Ventura conducts interviews with these people and also looks into the technology behind this allegation.
2) Ventura interviews a group of so-called "targeted individuals" (or "TIs") - people who claim that they are being manipulated and tortured by mind-control signals after they have spoken out against the government. He further looks into the technology that could be behind these attacks, such as microwave transmitting GWEN towers, and meets with insiders who claim to have worked on and developed the technology for the government that began with Project MKUltra.

Fun and viewer review
I would agree about the Bush seniors, especially as head of the CIA, but the last Bush was just too dumb to be a real threat without the forces behind the scene giving him the script, he seemed to be the puppet to bring in the fulfillment of what his father started. I despise any person of power and privilege that abuses and exploits that power and there is plenty of blame to go around in both major political parties and unelected corporate and military power brokers.
